Cooper, a 5-year-old fawn pug with a black face, has been missing from the 4100 block of 9th Avenue in Vienna, WV since the morning of July 13, 2026. He is friendly but may run from strangers — please do not chase. A $400 reward is offered for his safe return. Report any sighting anonymously to 740-206-8831.
