Mia, Missing from Friendly WV
Mia Missing from Friendly WV
Mia is a 10-year-old intact female dog, brown in color, wearing a pink collar with her name on it along with an ID tag and a vaccination tag. She is friendly with adults but does not always do well around small children.
Mia went missing the morning of Saturday, May 24, 2026, at around 9:30 AM. She took off with the family's other dog, a Red Tick Coonhound, while the family was outside on the 8500 block of Arvilla Road in Friendly. The other dog found his way home around 1:00 AM that night. Mia has not returned. This is a rural area with open ground, fields, and wood lines.
Although Mia is friendly by nature, several days of being lost and disoriented can change a dog's behavior. Anyone who sees her should not chase her, call out to her, or run toward her. Note her exact location and the direction she is heading, then call the PSA tip line so the family and our team can respond.
