CASE SUMMARY
Forrest is a 2-year-old brown male dog wearing a black and silver collar. He is microchipped and was last seen moving between Second and Third Streets near the Washington Street Bridge area of downtown Marietta.
Forrest was a foster-to-adopt placement and had only been in the foster home for about eight hours before slipping away. Because he was not yet imprinted to the home, he is unfamiliar with the area and may be searching for safety or familiar scents.
He is described as very afraid and in full flight mode, meaning he will not approach people, food, or calls. Chasing or trying to catch him could push him further away.
We currently have limited photos, but the one available can assist with identification.
